      Aww, not all reality checks are perfect. The only one that I've had work for me every time is the memory check. Think back over your last couple of hours, if you have gaps then you're dreaming

      this happened to me like three nights ago. i had a FA but i was lucid even though i didn't do an RC. i jumped out of bed, ready to take on the world. then i did a RC just to make sure, and the nose one failed like 4 times. so i went back into bed, defeated. then i woke up for real and mentally kicked myself.

      After reading about how other people have had failed nose checks, the first time I ever needed one to become lucid, it failed on me. I was positive it was a dream, so I pushed my finger through my hand and it popped through. I'd recommend a chain of RCs.
