      Question Definitely need some help

I haven't posted here for a while, I'm a young dreamer and kind of gave up for a while, but right now I'm going through the aftereffects of a phsycic spell and.... well, I just want to give lucids another chance.

See, the problem isnt' that I can't lucid dream. In fact, ALL methods have worked for me before.

      But only once.

I've had ONE WILD. ONE mild. One or two dilds, but never in a row.

Are there any techniques that can help? And Can I make the transition to dreaming from meditation? Thanks a lot!

Sounds like your mind has become used to the techniques. I use mainly dream incubation now which works with reality checks from daytime. You should also try dream rehearsal with dream incubation meaning you act out a part of the dream which leads to an RC in real life which was very successful for me, the mix of real life action and imagination is the best and easiest to LD.
