Unable to follow through a WILD

I'm having trouble with WILD's. I'm using the "1, I'm dreaming, 2..."-method. When I've done it for a while, I feel sensations like electrical pulses and I feel like my mind is no longer part of my body, if that makes any sense
I also hear a strange noise in my head, like a waterfall. But when I get to this stage, I my mind always drifts off to other things, like "I gotta get up early tomorrow" or something trivial like that. After this, the sensations fade away and everything goes back to normal. I'm really having troubles to clear my mind and only think of one thing. Any suggestions?

Do disipline exersise, stare at an object , I prefer a candle flame and let it absorb everything, there is nothing there but the object, youlll learn to focus one thing

      and ..meditate

It is just a concentration problem. Train your mind through meditation to focus more.
