WILD..Got to stage 4 what now?

      OK,
I had a sorta WILD experience,
Went to bed not expecting to do WILD just to stay conscious while my body goes to sleep.
Well it worked . My body was asleep, Numb, Paralyzed. I could move my eyes and mouth, then waited and my face went to sleep, so i just sat back and watched all the images and sounds to go by, Then suddenly they all stopped and it was complete silence with no images, I entered the black void thing, I kept thinking "i bet i could try to OOBE now" But thats not what i wanted to do. So i waited and waited nothing was happening, i felt mild vibrations of like harmless electricity on my ear. I kept thinking whens the dream gonna start....waited...waited, then i let go control of my eyes and they started fluttering and kept going crosseyed, I let it happen. THEN the worst happened.....I needed to piss , SO i started moved my fingers to get control back then my toes then i got up and went But as i was walking it felt so wierd like i was floating (thinking the reality checks in my head)Nope wasnt deaming just thought id check. Went back to bed and slept normally.

in the void stage you can relax and enter WILD.
or you can visualize things (possibly entire scenery) and enter it...

from ur post I conclude that you had your eyes open?

Had them lightly closed (but could open them at any time).
Btw i had trouble breathing, like i was trying not to think about breathing but..dunno hard to explain, like wasnt getting enough oxygen. Couldnt focus on the images while trying to breathe

guess it was anxiety? Sometimes when I feel wild onset, it overcomes me and there's nothing to do about it, exept relaxing :/

I've been in the black void stage twice. One time, I just layed there and kept wondering when my dream was going to start and eventually fell asleep. The other time, I opened my eyes and found that I was in a lucid dream.

I suspect you were right on the edge of the dream and had you layed for another moment and then opened your eyes, you would have been in an LD.

The cross eyed thing is normal, my eyes often feel a little strange. The lack of oxygen thing is also common. At least it happens often to me, especially when I am on my back.

      Congrats on a WILD experience!!!!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Honestly man, if your going to post something devoid of any intelligence, don't post at all. You don't wanna turn into a Jin (post stuff like " " or "lol!" or "I dont know" in one post). At LEAST come up with a theory on what you think you should do, posts like that are so fricken annoying. Don't break the silence unless it will make it better, you might as well have not said anything....

Well anyways, to answer your question.... Do what seeker says (open your eyes). Also, I read that at this point some people just "roll" out of bed, leaving their physical body behind. That might be an OOBE though. Well, just as good.

I slept on my back too.
I did it again last night, I found it easy to stay conscious while my body sleeps, Didnt get to the void (too many distractions). Much easier sleeping on your back(in my opinion) to get to the paralyzed stage.

so u suggest opening my eyes when in the void, imagine opening them or actually open them?

he means waiting some time (if you are feeling WILD onset) and then open them and check your clock. Chances are you will be in a LD

Guess you have to have a feel for it when to open your eyes. I dont dare to do that if i get that far... afraid that i open my real eyes and ruin everything. In my experience ive just had to visualize something and the feeling closer and closer to my surroundings in the dream. Differate from person to person.

haha! jammy thats really funny - "my real eyes" - its true im also scared of opening my 'real eyes' incase of ruining everything! another problem is that i kind of dont see myself being in a lucid dream because if it worked would i get into a false awakening or a completely random scene?

      i just woke up!
Well, I decided I would try WILD for the first time. It was like 3:30pm here in uK when i decided to try. I had the urge

I was lying on my back in bed and put on BWgen to put me to a state and it worked. Everything that Pcok said happened to me. I was like "Holy Crap! Im gonna have my first LD". My body went numb and as the sounds of the BWgen went higher I felt like I was floating upwards and I could see a stair way beside me. I thought this was a LD but it still didnt feel real enough. It felt as if I was just normally day dreaming it, but I couldnt stop goin up. I had all these crazy images of lights and could hear water dropping around me (its not raining before you ask ). I got really hot and my heart beat was increasing but for some reason I couldnt get into a real vivid LD. I kept having little images of dreams for a few seconds.
I just gave up an hour later and my body and head felt so strange and I had to question myself whever or not this was my LD. You never know I could wake up in a min and find out I never typed this lol
