I use the Hypnotically Induced Lucid Dream (HILD) method. If you need a hypnosis script ask me, but it's basically progressive relaxation where you add in suggestions. I recently added some specifics and my LDs have gotten really long and realistic as I had wanted. I started in February and already have several a week. Some nights I have two. So, in my mind, HILD is the best method. For me at least.

For me, the best way is preforming reality checks and MILDs (and dream recall is a must!).

      My way-SLEEP DEP!

Find a night, set a date, and sleep for only two hours. WAKE. Take a large cup of coffee first off with a little food. Make this the only food you eat until right before you go to bed. About halfway through the day, take another cup of coffee. A unique fatigue should be setting in at this point. Keep yourself awake by any means necessary, just no speed pills or any of that crap, just the 2 coffees. KEEP YOUR DAY TO AROUND 8 HOURS. Before the 8th hour, take a small meal. You should be ultra groggy by now. You now have permission to go to sleep. This has worked for me for TWO days in a ROW. Practice all the reality tests throughout this day, asking yourself if you're dreaming, writing AWAKE on your hands, etc. I've found also that sleeping on my stomach helped. You have to be super exhausted for this to work, and the formula above should do the trick. It's not the most comfortable way to LD, but it works like a charm. Good Luck. -OUT-

i'd say your best bet is WBTB combined with either MILD or WILD... or maybe both. throw in a little RCs throughout your day, and especially during your time in WBTB. maybe take some b6 as well.

that's what i'd do if i was you anyway

      Hi LDGuy,

I'd be very interested in a script to use for HILD (Hypnotic Induced Lucid Dream), as I'm a firm beliver in hypnosis. When I used to be into hypnosis several years ago I used to be able to get others out of their body (OBE) all the time, so I know hypnosis works.

You could either PM it or put it right here in this thread.

      Thanks

I'd have to say intention and focus plays a main part in any LDs that I have. RC's throughout the day, but making sure the take the time to really look around. THen finallly wrap it all up with the MILD technique.

      ypm.

I believe that some times the best method is just to relax. By that I mean you do not always have to concentrate so hard and follow different methods. I am not saying that the methods aren’t efficient or useful but, try to relax once in a while. That is where I have the best experiences.
