I'll start by saying that I'm a very odd sleeper, I usually have a very hard time sleeping. Would this affect my dreams at all? Another thing, I can't nap - literally, never in my life, except when I'm sick, can I nap. I've tried before, relaxing, reading, watching T.V., and the worst, forcing myself to nap. None work for me; does anyone have a suggestion to help me nap during the day? Now, most of my life, except for this year, pretty much, I've always had dreams, and I've always had a good memory of them. Now, it's not that I have a vague idea of the dream, I just don't dream at all. A few weeks ago I did have a Lucid dream out of nowhere, and that was the first time I had even heard about controlling dreams. I'm concerned on whether I'm dreaming at all, or I'm just not remembering. If I am dreaming, I have NO memory of it occurring, not even the most vague drawing. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks. Also, will listening to music while trying to sleep affect my dreaming at all? |

I have a problem similar. If i go to sleep extremely tired am I less likely to have a good dream? |
|
when your more tired, i think your brain might not have as much activity...i might take some multivitamines that give me energy before i go to bed tonight and see what happens. |

Weird delima. Have you tried sleeping pills? |

Sleeping pills/tranquilizers kill dreams I think, or prevent you from having REM sleep, not sure |
