Question Second WILD attempt with a few problems

Well i re-read Seeker's WILD article and found, and retried the process. I woke up with about 5 hrs 30 mins of sleep, just like he said, and re-tried his technique. I relaxed and focused on my breathing. After a bit i felt my legs go slightly numb, and then my toes. I figured it was SP. It continued to creep all around my body, and my arms went numb, but when it went to my torso only half of it went numb, it stopped basicly at the heart area, and my stomach was basicly the only thing that went numb. my heart raced, as it crept up my belly, but like i said it stopped . I kept on breathing for a while and nothing changed. I think i woke up to earliy, because i went to bed at 1 i woke up at 6:30, and when i am in school that is when i normaly get up so my body woke up to much. I got frustrated, and went to sleep (after fliping over and stretching).

      here is the Q's

was this just a precurser SP, or was it SP (after a while in some places, like the toes and fingers the numbness almost made it feel like my finger/toe/s did not exist...)

i did not see any thing other than darkness, so the only thing i experineced was the numbness/sp (first attempt all i experinced was light(very dull color)) what does that mean

my left arm was more numb then my right....(also it is my stronger arm, but i write with my right)

      please...please...PLEASE give me some feedback

On this site it is common belief that you need to enter SP before you can WILD. However, my personal experiences tell me that sleep paralysis is nothing but a completely natural process that you will enter when you fall asleep. You can maybe speed up the process, but theres no point in trying to do so because it will always be there. On top of that, it will distract you from your true purpose, which is falling asleep and watching the moment when you fall asleep. Falling asleep while being aware.. The point where you fall asleep is very very sudden, so you need to be focused all the time, one way to focus your mind is to keep concentrated on one thing, one object, one thought all the time. Or keeping that one thing, one object, or one thought in the back of your mind all the time. For example it could be "im dreaming". Just keep your mind focused and relaxed. Worrying about SP or anything else will cause ripples in the pool of the mind and making it impossible to fall asleep. For me trying to enter SP has been a major slowdown in the process of attempting WILD, because apparently, its different for everyone, and some people will never reach full SP, eventho tutorials tell you to reach SP first, this is not true, and you don't need to reach SP before you can fall asleep or before you can enter a dream.

all i really like thinking about is becoming lucid, and falling asleep. you want to fall asleep while still being the tiniest bit conscious of what is going on. i only think about becoming lucid just incase i fall completely asleep. then there is more possibility for me having a DILD.
