While WILDing, are you technically asleep before the dream?

Does it count as sleep after you gotten to the SP part?

After the stage of feeling SP the dream usually starts and you are officially asleep. Your body rests and rejuvinates while you WILD, just like with normal sleep.

YEs, as always its your mind thats active. Infact your mind is so much more active whilst dreaming/asleep than when awake which begs the question...

Why cant we unlock more of our creative dream powers in our everyday lives?
