      Lucid Dreaming

One way is to record yourself saying " i am dreaming " or something like that and then replay your recording in a loop so it will keep going. Then wear earphones and go to bed. While dreaming you will realize that you are sleeping because of the replayed quote " i am dreaming " and then you should be able to have lucid dreams. However the first few times you do this it will probablly get on your neves. Tell me if it works.

Have you ever tried this? If yes, did it work for you?

It sounds like it might work, your subconcious would pick up on it, I'm sure.

yeah it kind of work, there was/is a topic here where you could download a mp3 file that last approximately 30 minutes, and keeps telling that you are dreaming and you will become lucid. I tried two times and it worked. I was lucid both times. I stopped doing that cause it makes you feel better if you go lucid by your own, and not by a recording But i might try it again

yes it works most of the time. it is a good way to train your mind to have lucid dreams so that you can have them on your own
