If you want to increase your chances of having an LD with doing almost NOTHING you have to follow these steps:


1. Get into an LD.
I Know it says "Increase your chances of Having an LD!" up there, but you have to get into one first.

2. The actual technique
Shout as loud as you can, "I WILL HAVE A LUCID DREAM EVERY NIGHT OF MY LIFE!!!!" or something similar. Or... Imagine some food or pill in your pocket that will make you lucid every night of your life from now on.
