      Accidental Almost WILD?

      Last night, as I was going to sleep normally, I appeared in a scene where I was tilting back in a chair. I tilted too far, and got that feeling when you know you are falling. This woke me up quickly, and my arms were instinctively reaching forward.

      This has also happened in the past when I trip or something in what I believed to be just a thought.

      Has this happened to anyone else?

      Yeah, I often get the feeling that my bed has suddenly dissapeared from under me as I fall asleep and I jerk awake. Apparently, these hypnic-jerks are felt by most people.

      Happens to me all the time and I love it. I find myself laughing at how convinced I was that I was falling through my bed or floor.
