I try to WILD but i don't fall asleep very quickly, i tried yesterday and found that my body just stayed relaxed but i couldn't progress anymore. I would like an opinion on the best WILD method for me considering that i don't fall asleep quickly and i find it quite hard to concentrate. I also try MILD but i can't remember that I'm dreaming but i can wake up after every dream period and remember the dream. I would appreciate any help,
