      WILD problem

      ok, so every time i try to WILD, my eyes wont stop twitching. The twitching causes my eyes to open and therefore I can't relax and enter SP. Any suggestions on how to stop or prevent this would be great.

      When I do a WILD, I wear bandanna over my eyes since I don't have a real sleep mask.

      is there light in the room, and how much caffeine do you have before sleeping.
      It could be your eyes not wanting to close due to the light or feeling restless and energetic due to the caffeine.

      I dont' think that's it because I usually WBTB to WILD and during the time I am awake, I don't have caffeine and don't do anything that stimulates my eyes. Thanks for trying to help, though
