Binaural Beaty thingys!? Do they work? :S

Recently I have been having trouble becoming Lucid, I haven't had a lucid dream in over 7 months. BAH. 8/ ...and it's starting to fustrate me. SO I decided to research a new method. I came across the Binaural beats/Idoser method and was just wondering if anyone had had a try, or if they work. Any advice or whatever would be fabulous. Cheers me dears.

There are already a lot of threads about I-doser and binaural beat thingys Search the forums and you will learn a lot. I have tried I-doser before and it had no effect on me, but that shouldn't stop you from trying because it has different effects on different people (so it says on I-doser.com). My advice would be to do reality checks throughout the day when anything weird happens, or when your watch beeps. Thats what I do and I think it helps with DILDs

if you do use them you need to use headphones with them and have the headphones set to stereo, play them while you go to sleep and listen to them while you sleep

they helped me to fall asleep, but they did nothing for my lucidity... so i gave up that theory. lol =p but it might work for u so dont think it does nothing at all.
