That works best for me as well. Did you move your body around before the bring of sleep? I normally will just do a WBTB and then when I feel like I am in the "Right" position, I will begin counting, imagery, ect. |

Hi just thought I would like to inform you all that I had my first WILD the other night and wanted to share how I did it. I woke up after about 6 hours of sleep and got up and stayed up for about 5 minutes, then i layed back down to go to sleep. I waited until I was just about to fall asleep and then I started counting every other breath until I lost count (I only made it to 5 lol) and once I lost count i started visualizing myself getting out of bed and walking around my house touching and feeling things. SP started within probably 5 minutes of my laying back down. Then I just let it take me from there, I opened my eyes after I felt that my bed had turned up on its side and when I did I RC'ed and found I was dreaming. |

no i just got comfy but i made sure i was in a precarious position to where i normally slept, this might sound wierd but i stuck my in my pants and fell asleep that way. it was a safe guard for me cause if i looked at my hand i would have to take it out but i figured if i accidentally fell asleep i i would notice if my hand wasnt in my pants |

and also something odd happened, i guess it was HI but i started thinking about all the tutorials i had read and stuff and then this guy was standing there telling me what to do and he said something about when the fat lady sings i will know its time...dunno what that meant cause i never heard a fat lady sing, i guess i needed to wait longer lol |
