Hi just thought I would like to inform you all that I had my first WILD the other night and wanted to share how I did it. I woke up after about 6 hours of sleep and got up and stayed up for about 5 minutes, then i layed back down to go to sleep. I waited until I was just about to fall asleep and then I started counting every other breath until I lost count (I only made it to 5 lol) and once I lost count i started visualizing myself getting out of bed and walking around my house touching and feeling things. SP started within probably 5 minutes of my laying back down. Then I just let it take me from there, I opened my eyes after I felt that my bed had turned up on its side and when I did I RC'ed and found I was dreaming.
Hope this can help someone WILD, the trick for me was to try to fall asleep until I was right at the brink of falling asleep then beginning to count.
