      A Techniqute for getting Lucid without having to wake up at night?

      I sleep late and i really cant wake up at night, what are the most effective techniques for getting lucid that dont require waking up?

      DILD. Its where you realize your dreaming inside the dream. There are many tutorials where you can learn how to do this. But its really quite simple. Just get used to doing reality checks and try to figure out your dream sign.

      Example: Your in a dream and you can jump 100 ft in the air. You suddenly realize, "Hey..I'm dreaming!"
      From then on your lucid and can do whatever you want.

      DILDs are so random and not too secure, but I'd were you, I'd give it a shot since you're having problems waking up.

      Good luck, but don't expect much results.

      99% of my lucid dreams are DILD. I have 1-2 per week - I even had one last night. WILDs may be considered the holy grail of lucid dreaming, but don't be so quick to right off the most fundamental technique, DILD.

      It just helps to do so
