My LD journey is in limbo. Need some assistance!

      Hi all,

I started my LD journey back in March. I then found this site and since then I've been doing my best to have lucid dreams when I want. I know it takes time and effort but at this point I feel I'm in limbo and need a little push.

I could go on for ages but here's the short version on where I'm at now...

I've filled in just over a months worth of dreams into my dream journal (see signature). If I try with affirmation I can at best remember three dreams a night but mostly I remember around two. My dreams are very random so I as of yet am unable to pin point a dream sign. On the night of July 12 I believe I had my first LD. It lasted three seconds but I plugged my nose and was overcome with excitement. Since then I've just worked on dream recall but I really don't know where to start. A few weeks ago I regularly did the nose plug RC but soon found that I did it out of habit. I haven't done a single RC in weeks. I've tried the WILD tech now and again and have gotten SP and limb vibrations but nothing more. I've tried b6 and oddly it seems to help me get SP in a matter of minutes.

At this point I'd like to ask you guys on where I should go next. Should I focus on a certain tech? Find my dream sign? Work on dream recall more?

Also, for the record all your advice in the past has been superb and I'd also like to thank Seeker28. I've chatted with her via PM and she's been a massive help. I just thought I'd open this to everyone.

Any advice would be highly welcome!

      Thank you

I dont do any reality checks or even practice anymore during the day.
I was tired of going round and round and getting some results, then no results.
...putting in alot of effort with little results.

I found a method that gives me lucid dreams for sure 100% of the time and usually 2-4 per night:

      1) forget about the b6, this vitamin is more for digestion.
      2) take a multivitamin and eat a good diet. This has the vitamin b5 you need for dreams.

      3) take 100mg(1 pill) of 5-htp at 10:30 pm.
      4) set alarm for 4 am and get up to use bathroom and do a quick stretch if needed and then take 400mg of choline bitrate(1pill) and 8 mg of galantamine (1pill)
      5) lay in bed and stay awake for atleast 30 minutes.
      6) then turn to side and begin to wild. Dont worry, if you dont wild you will dild for sure.

Do this every other day, or every other 3rd day, and forget about those reality checks.

I learned all this from the advance supplements for lucid dreaming book and it works 100% for sure every time!

Good luck. Hope it works for you if you wanna try it.

sorry dude but screw paying money to LD, its a natural ability it just takes dicipline, suppliments are just like putting the the invincibility codes in video games the first time you get frustrated

hey. give it a try. How else can 100 bucks or less give you 6 months of fun.

I mean, we can't let technology pass us by. Soon they will invent something else to help lucid dreaming and even the whole world may catch on and use it. When it replaces tv for the next major form of entertainment we will all definately join in.

Well, minus the pills I've been trying that. I take a multivitamin and have a nice diet. However, when I try a DILD I get to the point in which I'm thinking about wanting an LD but then my mind goes elsewhere and I go asleep.

Also, if anyone else has any advice I'd really like to hear it. Thanks
