well 2 hours is WAY TOO LONG for a WILD. i can tell you that right now. pre-cursors to SP (sleep paralysis) ie; coldness in feet or extremities, muscle spasms, auditory hallucinations (hearing noises in your head) should kick in about 15-25, 35 minutes max. After that its usually a feeling of being lightness to ur physical body, like losing feeling but not a numbness. I can only describe it as being "Distant & Distached". Somewhere between all that i usually get an itch somewhere on my body, its like my body is testing to see if I'm still awake. It always f*ckin happens. If this happens to you, its best u ignore it. The last part after that is what i call "The Buzzing". Its exactly what it sounds like. Your entire body feels like a vibrator and you enter the dream sequence. After that its all down hill. BTW everyone is different. sometimes some of these steps wont even happen and you'll just find yourself in the Dreamscape. And as far as being diabetic, iduno ask ur doctor. P.S this is my account on my WILD's and the steps is how they happened to me in chronological order. But remember, everyone is different. The best tip i can give you is this. The most important thing to a succesful WILD is that ur in a comfortable position.
