      Gaining Lucidity..

I really want to get this question answered.. ok well, about every lucid dream i've had is gained by just somehow "knowing" i'm dreaming. It's like when i'm in the dream, nothing is really wierd about it to actually trigger it into a lucid dream. I'm just wondering how this is happening, and is there any other way I can take advantage of this?

You're likely naturally/instinctively distinguishing between reality and dreams. After all, they don't "feel" the same, the atmosphere in lack of better wording does feel different in dreams and reality. This is how I gain lucidity myself.

Do these lucid dreams occour near morning or anytime? Usually it's easier to realise your dreaming near waking up in the morning. It happens more to some people.

Consider yourself lucky to be a natural at it...
