      Awesome smiles.

Dry spells are unfortunatly normal. Frusterating, I know. Here are some tips on getting out of it:
go to bed the same time every day, get up at the same time every day
      use autosuggestion
      reduce your stress
get some excercize. A good workout is important
turn off the TV, videogames, etc an hour before bed
      Take a multiple B-vitamin
cut down on greasy food, especially before bed time
think about dreams, re-read your old DJ -- try to relive the feelings associated with dreams.

      I hope this helps!

I'm going to bed now. I'll try autosuggestion and report back tomorrow.

Have you been keeping up with your dream journal? I stopped mine and my recall completely ended and I had very few lucids. As soon as I started again I got my recall up and running about 50% of what it used to be, which is 50% more than what it was last week lol so I'm thankful
Sounds like Seeker has some good advice. I'm not sure what your stress levels are and etc. currently, but maybe try to take a little break from dreaming and just let them come naturally until you are ready to pick it up again? I've found that for me, making LDing a task instead of a "privilege" or game can really ruin it for me And stress can sometimes completely kill my dreaming

Good advice as well. I will try all suggestions until I break my dry spell.
