Hello Dreamviews! I have been practicing WILD again after failing awhile back. I am trying to WILD without WBTB. All I have accomplished is feeling some crazy vibrations every night (which was awesome) for three days in a row, the time period I have been trying to WILD, and have not been successful. So I think that I really need WBTB. When I set my alarm and try to sleep, the excitement keeps me up all night, until I turn it off. Is their anything I can do to keep my mind off WILD? |
