Thumbs up Dream Feeling Dream Sign (Guide)

I noticed, that the feeling of being in a dream is a dream sign for me.

      I'll try to describe it,
it's the feeling where your thoughts/mind is are a bit foggy and you can't think as sharp as in the waking world.
Also I know this is a RC but you can also recognize the dream feeling as not being able to remember anything but laying in bed (and wanting to LD).

It helps if you write the feeling in your DJ everyday after you wake up, until you know what it is.
Just keep a piece of paper aside of your dream journal.

You can combine this with repeating a mantra before going to sleep,
for example keep repeating "I will recognize the dream feeling".

So the point of this is, that in my opinion this is a excellent way to realize that you are lucid dreaming, it's as a dream sign that works immediatly after entering a dream (most of the time).

Confidence is very important, never lose it.

      Some extra tips :
      - Do a reality check after you got the feeling if you aren't sure, but in my opinion I just know it.

      - Always write your lucid dream down immediatly with the feeling if you don't know what it's like yet, this tip is pretty standard.

      - It's very hard to recognize that feeling after a false awakening so just stick with doing reality checks right after you wake up, unless you're really experienced with them.

      - I find it very helpfull if I relax a bit before going to sleep and trying to have a lucid dream, for example just take a walk with the dog when it's dark outside, so you can just walk a bit and feel some nice cool air and let your mind wander a bit because you're alone.

      - Rub your hands or spin if you want to make your dream more stable.

      - Don't focus your attention into one point in a dream, it will make you wake up or make the dream very unstable.

      - Do reality checks throughout the day, especially when you see something suspicious.

      - Don't go to sleep with an empty stomic, it will make it harder to fall asleep.

      - Don't get frustrated as it will only prevent you from Lucid Dreaming. Just keep positive.

Note: I know this fits better in the sub-forum (Dream signs and recall) but I think more people will watch this in the "Attaining ludicity" section.
I also use colors to make it clear.

Good luck give me results. This helped me a lot and still helps me.
