Anyone have any DILD tutorials, or hints?

      Hi,
I'm looking for some advice on inducing DILD's, aside from using the standard Reality Check method. Is there no other way?

I'm a fan of the DILD, I get most of my success from it, but I'd like to increase LD frequency. Do I just go nuts with the RC's, or are there any other techniques to increase the frequency of a dream induced lucid dream?

      Thanks,
      -Jordan

Just go nuts with it. Identify as many dreamsigns as you can and reality check whenever you find one of them.

I'm with you. I get far more lucids via DILD than any other method.
I'll be just cruising along in my non-lucid dream and whammy, a dreamsign appears and I go lucid.

same here a very large majority of my dreams are DILD. Just be aware of everything around you. be aware of little things. Going nuts with RC's helps to. Also MILD helps somewhat to.

I was thinking of writing a DILD tutorial sometime, but haven't really got the time
All my LD's are DILDs nowadays

But yeah, the tutorial might be nice, but it all comes down to going ape with dreamsigns, external triggers (Eg. noise/sounds), etc
Theres also the option of binaural beats and self-hypnosis too

Personally, practicing lots of well thought out dreamsigns and a self-hypnosis session every now and again does the trick for me
