      Huge Dry Spell.

I've had several lucid dreams before, but now for some reason I've stopped. It's been months actually. Now I am lucky to remember a fragment of a dream.

So, does anyone have any advice to help me get back into the game?

Yeah, I hate dry spells. I've never really struggled with recall, though. My suggestion would be to keep your motivation up. If you stop believing in yourself, you'll get no results. Just keep doing RC's, drinking apple juice, doing WBTB's, and the results should follow.

You know, it's been a while since I've SERIOUSLY tried a WBTB.

I'm having the same trouble. I used to have lucid dreams without even trying practically every night. but for about a year now, few and far between. My dreams used to feel almost prophetic (not saying they were, just felt that way). Then I suddenly dropped off and couldn't even remember what I had dreamed.

But my recall has gotten back to where it used to be. For me, if I just simply renew my interest in my dreams I have better recall. And now I'm working on checking reality throughout the day whenever I think to do it, to form the habit and hope it carries over in my dreams. I've had a few short lucid moments, so now my goal is to keep that focus when it happens. So back to square one in other words. Hope you get there.

Dream journal! I can't express how important this is for recalling dreams and lucid dreaming!

I used to have about 4 LDs a week when I was keeping a steady journal, and remembering 6-8 dreams per night. Now I don't, I have about one lucid every three weeks if I'm lucky, and recall one or two dreams a night. I just started to keep a DJ again last night, and I remembered 7 dreams in ridiculous detail!

Craziness! What all do you write in it?

I have a little book that is supposed to be a regular journal that I keep under my pillow with a pen, but I usually write important things (with lots and lots and lots of details) on my laptop. I don't have a battery for my laptop atm, but back when I did I could keep it by or even in my bed and jot dreams down quickly that way, in much more detail and MUCH cleaner writing than by hand
