      Retaining Lucidity

      Hey guys, it's batman again.

I was just wondering what techniques you guys used to stay lucid.

The two most popular I know of are:

      1. Spinning (deemed the most effective by many)
      2. Rubbing your hands.
      3. (not really a method to stay lucid, but)...DEILD sounds like a good way to chain lucids.

Anyone else have some useful methods?

      Current goals:
[ ] Lucid on a more regular basis

Grab stuff. Its worked both of the two times I've tried it.

Another thing I've heard is focusing on one particular object.

GOOD WILD's: 4 (Got it down Bitches!)
      GOOD DILD's: 3
      Short LD's: At Least 40

I rub my hands together alot. For me this helped to an extent because i would lose focus on my hands and focus on the dream. Alot of stuff is going on at once haha. I recently had the spinning technique work. If I feel like im losing lucidity i will spin.

Trying to breath through nose while holding it. Never failed for me, rare for others to fail.

That's a reality check and used to get lucid. I'm looking for ways to stay lucid or increase lucidity.

Keep doing RCs? If you examine something in great detail, such as holding onto a table, you can anchor yourself in an LD. It works for me. It helps your mind stay in the LD. Just try holding on to solid objects.
