      There's a tutorial on WILD that is very informative. There are also a lot of other posts related to WILD that you can look at that'll walk you through some of the steps. Check em' out.

      I guess I am a little confused by your post. WILD is a transitory state that carries you from waking into a lucid dream without loss of conciousness.

      After you have entered the lucid dream, it is the same as any other lucid dream. You can fly, fight, cavort, anything you can imagine!
