I heard about LD's last night, and knew I had to try. I lay in my bed, still as a statue, and looked at my ceiling for up to 15 minutes. Things went blurry, and I felt dizzy and I felt like I was moving.
All of this was very tame though.

I have read through some tutorials, but cannot find one simple enough.

Could someone please give me a short tutorial on how to start when I go to bed tonight?
