      What should i do ?

      Now i find when trying to sleep if i just let my mind wander and just do what ever it want's. And just wait around for that time to happen. What i mean is you know it like somthing just kick's in. Where your breathing slow's down and your mind starts to quiet down on it's own.And it just feels good to be at that point in resting. And you just know it wont be long before you fall asleep.I find when i reach that point of resting if i just think of stuff i did during the day.Sorta like replaying what you did during the day but anyway i find when thinking these thing's when im at that point. Thought's become HI's so far 3 night's and have'nt failed me yet.But the problem is if you pay attention to them you just wake up.So im wondering what should next ?

      i would like try to just annoy them but are they persistent?

      Do you mean ignore them ? Are they persistent? Hmm only thing i can say when i reach that point of sleep.And when scene's appear i just stay passive about it and think of stuff i want to see, And it happens but i always end up trying to focus on what im seeing and then its over.So i really cound'nt tell if there persistent.

      i don't know too much about these maybe if you focus on them they will turn into an LD but maybe again they won't i guess you just have to experiment

      What are the other phenomenons, are you having SP? Do you feel like you're sinking, or being very heavy? Do you hear voices, or feel anything odd?

      Basically WILD is about balancing between holding back and concentrating.

      The trick is to avoid staring at the HI. Just become aware that they are happening and keep your eyes completely still..Keep relaxed at all times and enjoy your dream.

      Thanks reese for trying to help. And to joe green i rarely get sp and when i do it's mild but rare.No sinking feeling or feeling heavy or voice's or feeling strange but i must say. I do feel alone and it's just me and my thought's and no outside world. But the minute you focus on what your seeing it's back to the real world.So im gonna try what godl!kesaid im gonna try ignoring them and see what happen.But i wonder how do you go from awake to dreaming from what godl!ke saying. What should i wait for before i attempt enter a dream ? And thanks all for the help

      i would say wait for the dream to become clear so it won't just be another dream
