Hey i would need some help on how to achieve wild during nap. Most times it's like this i feel a bit tired i go to to the bed grab my headphones and start listening to some relaxing music. Then i either breath in and out and count or else i visualize running or something and i try to put in all senses into it. But it gets tiring after a while im not sure if i have experience hypnagogic imagery i have seen like colors but im not sure if that's it. Most of the time i just feel "Okay it didn't work i try another time" and im pretty sure there haven't been any FA's and sometimes after a while i don't feel tired anymore and i get up.
