Will this work to wake up after my dreams for DEILD?

      Every time I do. . .
      Go the bathroom
      Walk through a doorway
      Am in line
      Have downtime
      Before falling asleep
      Waiting for something to load
I will say. . .I will be aware of waking after every dream

      will it work???

Maybe you could just make it a MILD.

No, I mean, just say you will lucid dream instead of waking and maybe you will have a dream when you go to bed instead of DEILDing.

These are the times I used autosuggestion to become aware of my awakenings to DEILD, and it worked great!
