way to becom lucid???

i know theres a way of becoming lucid by somthing called binural beats or somthing like that, that may help ( dunno if its true ). but on my phone i have somthing that has all different things like study aid, mind refreshment, sleep induction, and like 10 more that sound like binural beats. i just tried it and had two dreams of it. does anyone know if this would help to become lucid or can you become lucid off this in anyway?

Hi Luke, what you have to do is see if there is a setting in which the binaural beats start you off at a conscious and awake level (13hz+) then drop you slowly down to relaxed level (7hz) and then even further to sleep (6hz or below). Once you naturally go through your dream cycle, you then have to make sure the program brings you up somewhat rapidly back up to about 7hz-8hz (or at least that's how I programmed mine). This will raise your awareness, but still keep you in your dream state. At least that's kind of the gist of it. I've programmed my own binaural beat patterns before using a program called BrainWave Generator - you can search for it on the site. There is more info on how to use it and what methods worked best for some people.

thanks, and the name of mine is mindwave for the iphone but i dont think you can program it. its not made for lucid dreams so idk. but do you have to pay for the one your talking about?

Nope, it's a free download. You willl need access to a PC, though, becuase I don't think there's a Mac version for it. Although, you might be able to find another program like it for the mac somewhere. http://www.bwgen.com/download.htm
