Wow, it's been a long time since I actually hung around the lucid dreaming boards despite being on a LDing forum. I stopped LDing for ages due to lack of interest but I'm proud to announce that I'm actually keeping a journal again so hopefully the dreams are going to start coming.

I know from experience that WBTB or sleeping in is naturally the most effective method for me, but it is my ultimate goal to be able to WILD. I've only ever done it once but it was by accident.

If I tried to WILD for like half an hour or so every day, even though I'd fail miserably most of the time, do you reckon that practice will eventually make perfect? Or, is it best if I try to WILD during the night if you wake up. It takes me on average half an hour to forty minutes to fall asleep normally so as you can guess I won't exactly own the technique. WILDing seems so perfect though because if you do it properly you can practically just choose what to do and where to go, and then pop into the fantasy.

So to any experienced WILDers, how did you conquer the technique? Will this work? Do I sound like the type of guy who has any hope of succeeding or should I just stick to WBTBs?
