      What is a VILD and how do you do it?

      I'm guessing VILD stands for Visual Induction Lucid Dreaming.

      What I want to know is how to do it and what would I be experiencing. Shootin' for a new way to try and LD because DILDS and WILDS aren't working for me.


      Btw, I bought Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Laberge. Great book.

      i am pretty sure.
      or search for it in the attaining lucidity section of the forum.
