      Does 5-HTP really work?
      I took a 100mg dose last night an hour or so before bed.
      Sound sleep, but didn't recall any dreams, never mind a lucid.
      Can't say my previous attempts were much better.

      I've did a search through the forums, but the discussions seem inconclusive.

      Would be great to read the opinions of anyone whos tried it.
