You got the definition wrong. SP happens btw. consciousness/unconsciousness. You cannot move any part of your body which gave its meaning (Sleep Paralysis) You feel neither awake nor a sleep. So the feeling you described is just the numbness of your body or part of your body as you described (in class) and it is the same thing which happens while you are falling a sleep. |
