      Was I lucid?

      I tried this technique this morning, but, I had a few problems. I think I partially entered the dream but, I exited really fast. Or I never fully got in. I remember doing the breathing RC and it worked but I woke up pretty much instantly. Any suggestions?

      Yes! If you did a RC and then you realized you were dreaming, then you became Lucid!

      And it's quite common for people to wake up their first time when they become Lucid.
