Considering your post seem to be heavily related to an "Out Of Body Experience." or "Astral Projection." and the fact that you even asked more on the topic of Astral Projection.

How did you go about taking that final step outward?

And your main topic is even on the subject of an Out Of Body Experience.

It seems I'm on the verge of an OOBE, I just can't have one. It's like I can feel my consciousness trying to separate from my body, but it can't quite make it out, like my skin is keeping it in and holding it back, but not without giving a bit and stretching out a bit... the sensation always occurs upward.
