I had my first & only LD about 3 weeks ago and that's what got me interested in the topic of LD's again as this event took place even though I wasn't trying to have one, just a lucky DILD I guess.

I'll do a quick description of what happened up to my lucidness.

I was having a random dream in various places, nothing specific when all of a sudden after about 5 mins into the dream I felt a huge force on my face as if a great wind or barrier was pushing against my jaw and especially my top row of teeth. This felt very real at the time and I was not yet lucid, but somehow I knew I had to turn my head to one side to avoid the force.
As I did this, I had a great feeling of falling through an empty blackness towards the ground, or so it seemed. The next thing I realise is that I'm falling past a very tall building, it was made of plain bricks but was the size of a skyscraper. I saw a ledge of some sort, there were no windows at all, but I managed to grab hold of a passing ledge and thats when I had my Eureka! moment. Wow, this isn't real I thought, so I must be dreaming!

I was then lucid and had a general awareness of two states of mind for about a minute of so and was able to at least hover by myself after failing to jump to another ledge, but after that the dream faded.

My question is though, would this LD scenario with me falling from the sky be a good way to Incubate another LD?

The reason I ask is that although I'm quite up to speed with the various techniques to become lucid I do tend ( at the moment at least ) to not recognise my dreams for what they are, they do seem a little dull, work related and stuff lol and I think my brain just becomes accustomed to that sort of dream scene.

A falling dream to me at least would seem like a perfect way to Incubate an LD again. What do you think....would this be able to jog my mind again just like in my first LD?
