Hey guys, I've been really kicking up my LD efforts lately. Of all the techniques for lucid dreaming, the one that most appeals to me is WILDing. Anyways, please look over the technique I've been using the past few days and the results, and please give some input if you are an accomplished WILDer.

Basically, I sleep for about 6 to 8 hours.
When I wake up, I try move as little as possible. I basically get flat on my back (Any idea if position effects likelihood of hitting SP?), put my hands on my stomach, and become as still as I possibly can. I've gotten down not moving my eyes pretty well, sometimes they'll twitch a tiny bit but I think that effects my chances.

After being like this, I'll get to a point where my body feels kind of "heavyish", and my thoughts are becoming semi-random. Unfortunately, I've never gotten past this point. Whenever I snap out of this state and move, my limbs actually hurt a bit, I don't know if thats any indication of how close I was.

I've only had one real WILD before, it was over a year ago. I was in basically the same position, and I hit SP, flying through a multicolored tunnel. My dream developing into a blank landscape with pillars all over the place before it faded after a few seconds. Anyways, I feel like I am doing something wrong if I got SP than and not now.

I've been very dedicated to trying to WILD the past few days, recording any details from my attempts very precisely, what time I go to bed, what time I woke up, how long I tried to WILD.

Basically, I'm not sure if I am sleeping to wrong/in the wrong position, ect.
Please give me your input

Thanks in advance.
