Best WILD anchor

What is your favorite anchor to use when wilding? the one that I use the most is the breath counting. Hasn't worked yet, however

my favorite one is when you breat in count and when you exhail say "im going into a dream"

What is your favorite anchor to use when wilding? the one that I use the most is the breath counting. Hasn't worked yet, however Yeah that's a great one to use, i started using that one tonight, i may try to wild this afternoon. Breathing for some people works really well at night. After i decided to fight the urge to move, my eyes closed on their own, and several minutes later i started dreaming. By around 2am i woke up, stayed up for a while and did some things and then went back to sleep, i think i had two lucids but one i can't remember, but one i remember very well and i'll never forget.
