      Urges while WILDing

      I´ve tried to WILD for about 50 times without success. And I´ve noticed one thing:

      Terrible urges. Whenever I try to WILD, I feel like I´d have to move. Or that I´d need to scratch my nose etc. The worst urge is this: I try to relax, and when I don´t get success, I feel like I´d like to just "explode"; move every part of my body violently.

      How could I pervent this? Camomilla?

      I have some urges aswell!

      As for the scratching - just strech for a while before going to bed. Go over all the muscles, and you won't feel them ichy at all

      I've tryed to WILD and also, after about 60 mins (I've been trying for a whole 70 mins) I've felt insane urge to move... It felt like somebody is pushing my fingers and legs and I have to use all my power just to keep it from moving alone... this urge beated me back than, but I'm gonna win next time.

      I read somewhere that this is your mind testing your body to see if it's asleep. Your mind and body fall asleep independently of each other, so your mind sends out tests in the form of phantom itches, the need to move, the urge to swallow (that's a hard one for me), etc. Usually your body is asleep before your mind is, so you don't even notice these. If you react to them, your mind will go to sleep too. If you manage to ignore them while staying concious, you have a pretty good chance of entering an LD. If you do everything correctly, your mind should be tricked into going to sleep, and will begin the process by entering SP.
