      Sleeping Method

The most successful method i've ever use is like that:

      1-Sleep early,( 7 or 8 pm)
      2-Wake up 4 or 5 hours later
      3-Eat light foods(i recommend fruits)
4-1,5 or 2 hours after you woke up, go back to bed.

Normally i see lucid dreams very rarely(once a month) but with this method i can honestly say my rate is %40.
In first sleep you meet the body needs and shake of your tiredness.so you will be more aware in the second one and chance of seeing lucid dreams will increase.

Sometimes i see 9-10 lucid dreams at once in that way.
There is a state in sleep that you are not aware but also not unconscious. At this time even if dream control is lost
it could be easily got back and you can continue to lucid dreaming, and see different lucid dreams many times.

Hi. You just described a WBTB (Wake Back To Bed), a term we use as often as Dream almost.
How do you see 9-10 Lucid Dreams at once?

Yea, sounds like a WBTB, then consuming some of those yummy fruits which will serve as lucid aids (depending on how much you eat I suppose), and then it sounds like maybe he's DEILDing?

i mean 9-10 different dream scenarios in one sleep process.
i can't control dreams long enough. when i lose control ,first dreams getting cloudy then it disappears.but right after of that, i can see new different lucid dream.

      it doesn't happen always.

have you ever listened astral projection?
a song named as "people can fly" lyrics describes well this situation:

'sometimes there is a moment as you are awakening when you become aware of the real world around you, but you are still dreaming. you may think you can fly but you do better not try. people can fly.'

i meant this "moment" ,as i saying i see 9-10 lucid dreams.
