      After HI?

      Almost every night when I go to bed I keep seeing HI, but whats the next step after that? I can't seem to go past the HI and most of the time it fades away.

      Try not to think or focus on them much or you won't get past that stage. It'll come together itself after that then you can work on stabilization and control.
