I thought I would share this method of inducing Lucid dreams with you.

I had a idea about eight days ago that everytime I sat down for a meal I
think to myself this food will cause me to have vivid and Lucid dreams I
would think this only about twice during the course of my meal and also
during snacks if I rememberd.

Anyway to my supprise during the course of the last eight days I have had
at least three nights where I have become Lucid and on the other nights
my dreams seem to be a lot more vivid.

I did not expect the results of the last few days that i have had maybe its
just a coincidence but i am certainly going to carry on doing this and se if it
continues.

Obviouslly I can not say if it will work for anybody else on the board but good
luck to anyone who decides to give it a go.
