      Closed eye meditation

      Hello

So the other day i was getting a ride into school. A ride that i have done hundreds of times. I was observing my surroundings and thought to myself that i was tired of seeing the same things over and over again. So i asked myself why should i see when their is nothing too see. So for a couple days now when in the car i simply close my eyes and use my imagination. It is surprisingly entertaining. I tried to determine where i was en route with other senses. The lack of visual sensation while flying down a road made me feel as though traveling through an empty void. I also just listened to my thoughts, i find they are much clearer without visual sensation to distract me. I definitely believe this can be beneficial for dreaming and will continue to try this method.

p.s. i have also been using a b100 complex for a few days now and i am amazed at the effect it has had. It increases recall and vividness like you wouldn't believe. It could potentially be a very beneficial alternative to other drugs.

I personally wouldn't rely on any type of drug or vitamin to determine my lucidity. That's just my mindset though. I like to earn it, and have it for good.

Oh and yeah, I remember back when I road the bus. Unfortunately, I was always the first one to be picked up, you know what that means...

Hm, not quite sure what being picked up first means.

But in any case, lately I have been becoming much more spiritual. Meditation is a great way to get in touch with yourself. I suggest you find some New Age Meditation music to listen to durring these closed eye experiences you're having. You may find yourself in a new place all together. Also, try waking up in the morning 2 hours before you usually do and perhaps go to the bathroom. Do something to rouse yourself for about fifteen minutes and go back to your room and try meditating. It's essentially WILDing since meditation keeps a clear mind and you'd undoubtedly enter a dream state.

To clarify, i do not use b100 pills to avoid earning lucidity. well not entirely. I started using b100's to increase recall so i could jornal effectively. It is in no way a long term solution, it is simply an aid i am using to kickstart the process. I havn't used them for several days and find that even whith alot of stress (from school) and staying up late i have already i have had a notable increase in recall.

thnx for the tip spanish flee. next time i meditate i will definitly listen too some music. can you plse share some of your experiences with this kind of meditaton?
