I think monitoring brainwaves of a lucid dreamer having an LD has been done, many times. |

I wonder if any attempt to monitor the brainwaves (an EEG) of an experienced lucid dreamer from first lying down through the levels of dreaming all the way to waking up has been made. With that data, hypothetically, anyone that wanted to could have a lucid dream if they entrained their brainwaves to the same frequencies as the recorded dreamer had using binaural beats. Do you think this would work? |

Yeah, Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is extremely cheap off somewhere like amazon, because it's from 1991, but it's still very relevant. It has a lot of information about experiments with lucid dreaming, involving brainwaves and similar things. |

Hehe, but I like to have books on paper...it gives them a nicer feel, and I find they're easier to read. |

Crisp, dry pages...smooth, shiny covers...ah, the joy of good books. Personally, I keep EtWoLD by my bed, so I can use it if I'm trying WBTB or just want something to read before I go to sleep. |
