The other night I was awakened only to find that I was in sleep paralysis, it has happened me before but usually only lasts for a few seconds. However this time it persisited, getting me pretty freaked out. After I managed to calm myself down I was able to focus all my attention on moving my left hand; it felt like it was made of lead, however when I did manage to get it freed up, I broke free from sleep paralysis. Anyway does anyone know if when in this situation, could I use it to enter a lucid dream provided I keep calm? |
