      sleep paralysis

The other night I was awakened only to find that I was in sleep paralysis, it has happened me before but usually only lasts for a few seconds. However this time it persisited, getting me pretty freaked out. After I managed to calm myself down I was able to focus all my attention on moving my left hand; it felt like it was made of lead, however when I did manage to get it freed up, I broke free from sleep paralysis. Anyway does anyone know if when in this situation, could I use it to enter a lucid dream provided I keep calm?

Also that night I realised that I was dreaming multiple times but at no point was I able to control my dreams; are these two events related and does anyone have any tips for dream control?

Sufferers of sleep paralysis can definitely attempt to WILD through their SP. Check out these links and they'll give you an idea of what I mean.
