I've gotten to HH, where do I go from there?

I've managed to reach HH on a number of occasions, for me it's usually quickly zooming in and out of an image, and my heart speeds up. The thing is, where do you go from there? Varying sources say, watch it impartially, anchor yourself to real life, anchor yourself to the dream, etc...
What the hell does "anchor" mean? And how do you do it?
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. I am the Resurrection and the Life.

I am the Light at the End of the Tunnel.

Well technically at this point, cause i used to have the same problem, you wait for the HH to get stronger. When you actually see full dream images and such, when everything begins turning 3-D. By anchoring yourself to the dream it means putting yourself into the scene. So when you find a scene, imagine you are in it, applying all of your senses. Thats what works alot of the time for me. Just let the mind wonder through a dream scene, kinda like a daydream and then do a RC when you think your really "in" the dream and then BAM, LD

      Just be patient. It'll come.
