dont know if anyone else has thought of this but...........

RMILD (Repeated Music induced lucid dream)

ive only tried it once and it did work. so im pretty excited and feel really clever so ill post it right away.

I went to bed normally and woke up 5 hours later for a WBTB. I took my Ipod (fully charged) and went to settings so it would repeat the same song after it ended. I chose Beethoven Piano Concerto No.5 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vr2AKxf8m14) just because i really enjoy that one and i recognize it easily

So i attempted to fall asleep consciously doing a WBTB but failed (as usual). Now my backup plan sprung into action, i was in a regular dream playing dodgeball in a gym and i heard Beethoven's Piano Concerto. then i remembered the plan..............im dreaming!

So that worked pretty well and i advise everyone else to give it a shot. Not only did i have a lucid dream but had a soundtrack to it as well. Dream characters didnt like it as much such as the one asking "Where the fuck is that coming from?!"

Only disadvantage of it is that the headphones decrease comfort levels.

give it a try and post your results :-)

This has been proposed a few times. If you're really interested in it, try going to THIS thread in the research forum and see if you can get it to really work.
